Those who purchased tickets via Ticketmaster between October 21st, 1999 and February 23, 2013 more than likely received free ticket vouchers and discount codes over the weekend.  Just last month, Ticketmaster lost a$400 million class action lawsuit (Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster) when the judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff due to "excessive and deceptive" ticket fees.  Earlier today, Ticketmaster posted a list of nearly 400 concerts for which Ticketmaster/Live Nation customers can use their vouchers.  The list includes concerts from Bob Dylan, Flight Of The Conchords, Steely Dan, Bad Company, The String Cheese Incident, Slightly Stoopid, Hall & Oates, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Jeff Beck, Ray LaMontagne, Prophets Of Rage, Gregg Allman, and STS9.
