Ever Upward Entertainment is pleased to announce a Fall Tour for The Jauntee. The run consists of a number of returning markets along the East Coast as well as a few which have been neglected the past couple tours. Some of these include favorites such as Paradise Rock Club in Boston, Aisle 5 in Atlanta, The Camel in Richmond, and the Brooklyn Bowl; along with new venues like State Theatre in Portland, Iron Works in Buffalo and The Dock in Ithaca.
This Fall, The Jauntee will share the stage with Twiddle for a hometown throwdown, Consider The Source, Fletcher’s Grove and Universal Sigh; as well as a short run of shows with Mister F. Since beginning a constant annual touring rotation across the country, The Jauntee have been taking the nation by storm and there seems to be no slowing down in sight.
Hailing from Boston, The Jauntee have solidified a dedicated following, playing staple venues in the Northeast, several New England festivals, including Catskill Chill, StrangeCreek, and Disc Jam, as well as extensively touring down the East coast and across the midwest, giving them nationwide recognition, with sold out shows as far West as Colorado. A focus on live improvisation, setlist variety, and musical exploration makes every show different from the last, truly making The Jauntee a live act to see again and again.
Drawing influence from a wide variety of acts, The Jauntee's improvisational landscape spans multiple genres, including funk, rock, jazz, progressive, bluegrass, psychedelic and ambient music. Their willingness to explore genres, abandon all song structure, and dive into 'the weird' sets them apart from your average upcoming jam band. They aim to push the boundaries of improvisation, embrace the moment and engage the audience. With a quickly growing loyal fanbase, an ever-expanding song catalog and an inclination for open ended improvisation, every show promises to be a unique experience.
