Funk You Announces 2016 Fall Tour, First-Ever Colorado Dates September 1, 2016 12:27
Georgia's favorite funk outfit, Funk You, has announced it's official 2016 fall tour dates, and it's shaping up to be a busy season. The band kicks things off on September 1st in Knoxville, TN and will continue across the southeast with shows in Greenville (SC), Winston Salem (NC), Valdosta (GA), St. Simons Island (GA), Greenville (NC), Statesboro (GA), Tupelo (MS), and New Orleans (LA). Late in September, the band will make three stops in the state of Texas: Austin (9/22), Dallas (9/23), and Amarillo (9/24), as well as two stops in New Mexico: Albuquerque (9/25) and El Prado (9/26).
Funk You will then make it's long awaited debut in Colorado, with three big shows to close out the month of September. These dates include Ft. Collins (9/28), Boulder (9/29), and Denver (9/30). On their way back to the southeast, the band will make stops in Stillwater (OK), Fayetteville (AR), and Oxford (MS), before a major headlining set at CukoRakko Music & Arts Festival in Steele, AL on Friday October 7th. Remaining dates include stops in several familiar cities for the band: Charleston (SC), Wilmington (NC), Atlanta (GA), Savannah (GA), North Augusta (SC), and a homecoming Halloween show in Augusta (GA) on Monday, October 31st.
