Blackbird Pickers

Blackbird Pickers is a group of friends that enjoy playing music together. The band is located in the Southeast with the closest major city being Montgomery, AL. We didn’t all meet at the same time but being in a band is very much about playing with people that you feel you’ve known a lifetime. We are a close knit group that loves celebrating life and the moments that should be remembered. Between all of us we have played music in about every environment you can imagine.

Music is a powerful thing that can sway a mood, create ambience, and make a moment more memorable than may seem possible. Creating these moments is one of the biggest perks of our job. Being part of them is always very special and something we strive for every time we play.

So, that’s it. We love playing music because of the relationships it lends itself to. We love that it’s an art form that allows us to be a part of other people's life, love, and laughter.

Jason Givens and The Wanderers

Jason Givens and the Wanderers are a southern rock and country group from Montgomery, Alabama. The group has played all over the Southeastern United States for the past 6 years, but Jason Givens (singer and guitarist) and Chris Kratzer (bass) have been making music together since high school. In addition to long time drummer Andy Martin the group also features pianist Stefan Slade and multi-instrumentalist Fowler Holding. With complex harmonies reminiscent of the Doobie Brothers, the band credits the likes of Waylon Jennings, Ryan Adams, .38 Special, and Taylor Swift with shaping their signature high-energy southern rock flavor. Jason Givens and the Wanderers most recently competed in the 2016 Nashville Next Regional Finals.

Jessie Lynn

Since entering the country music scene in 2005, Jessie Lynn has performed at venues and events across the southeast including the Alabama State Senate, Auburn University Homecoming, Alabama Department of Agriculture’s SASDA Conference, Montgomery Biscuits Center Stage Alabama, The Hank Williams Museum, NCAA Division II World Series, and Canaan International’s Premiere Showcase.

Jessie Lynn released her first single, “Boots N Bling It’s a Cowgirl Thing”, in February 2016 to internet radio stations where it earned #1 rankings and was named March 2016 Akademia Best Country/Rock Song. This single earned her several 2016 nominations Female Song of the Year and Female Rising Star by The Josie Awards Show and five categories on The Nashville Universe Awards Show.

Since releasing her album, A Softer Side of Country, Jessie Lynn has opened for The Oak Ridge Boys and was named the 2016 Alabama Music Association Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year. Jessie Lynn is currently obtaining her Master's degree from Auburn University and is looking forward to seeing her fans at upcoming events!
